Where can I download Ondalo?
On the App Store, for iPhone. It's free.
Where do the stations come from?
The station list comes from radio-browser.info, a free, public, community-run directory. Ondalo doesn't own or host any station: each one plays straight from the broadcaster's own public stream.
Do I need an account?
No. You can listen without an account or sign-up. Sign in later if you want to.
Why are there ads?
They keep Ondalo free. The free version plays short audio ads: the station pauses, the ad plays, and the station comes back live. Ondalo Premium removes them and has a 7-day free trial.
Does the app need my location?
Not to listen. Your country comes from your iPhone's region settings.
A station stopped playing. What now?
Stations that are down drop out of search. If it's a favourite, it stays in your list marked Offline, so you don't lose it.
How do I cancel Premium?
In your Apple Account settings: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
I changed iPhone. How do I get Premium back?
On the Premium screen, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.
How do I turn analytics off?
In Settings › Privacy you can turn off usage analytics and crash reports.
Remove or report a station
Rights holders and broadcasters: to have a station removed from Ondalo, email [email protected] with the station name, its stream address (if you have it) and your relationship to the station. We remove it within 48 hours. The address is also in the app, under Settings › About.
Listeners: if a station has the wrong name, logo or genre, or doesn't play, tell us at [email protected]. Station details come from radio-browser.info; fixes made there reach every app that uses the directory.
